Mega Bloks

A few months ago the boys and I stumbled upon Mega Bloks while we were at Toys R Us and they had this display with all these dragons and ships. We were sold!

So for prizes for the boys I have been getting the sets on eBay and keeping them. When they’ve had outstanding achievement in school they win one of the smaller ones. When they’ve been able to keep up for a term, then they get the big ones.

Both the boy’s did great and so they got to open and build their ships. They were very excited. On Monday we are going to take some better pictures of them in action. But for now, here is a little sample that we took yesterday.

They boys also had a soccer game. Dafyd’s team didn’t have a game, but Jace’s did. They lost, but Jace spent two periods as goalie and blocked all the shots, he was really pumped!

I managed to finish watching the 2nd season of Stargate SG-1 and have proceeded into season 3. So far so good.

Well, since you gave me such a hard time about removing the nudity from my blog and making it more person friendly, this was the best I could come up with. Besides, the boys get a kick out of seeing their faces online.

I can’t remember, is the SG-1 series something you own. Heather and I just started becoming fans before we decided not to give any more money to the Dish Network demon and were wondering about their loanability.

Ah, alas that I could, they are not mine, I too am borrowing them, however, I am sure I can point you to some bit-torrent sites where you can download them, or you can always go with NetFlix.com

No problem. Thanks anyway. Alas with bittorrent, I only have DSL @ 384 it’s painfully slow for broadband, but very cheap!
